This Information Text on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data (“Information Text”) has been prepared by NOWOX Technology (“NOWOX”) to fulfill our obligation to inform you, the data subjects, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”). This Information Text explains the procedure that our company must follow during the processing of your personal data and your rights and freedoms.
Why and For What Purposes Your Personal Data Is Used
In accordance with the PDPL, NOWOX is referred to as the “Data Controller” and, within the scope of the services it will provide, in line with the instructions and applications it will receive from you, within the scope of all legal obligations, in line with all financial transactions and marketing activities, for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from the products offered and to use the services without any problems, and to ensure the implementation of human resources policies; NOWOX may perform operations considered as “Data Processing” within the framework of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and within the conditions for personal data processing, such as obtaining, recording, storing, updating, classifying, sharing with third parties permitted by legislation, or transferring your personal and sensitive personal data, including identity information, contact information, legal transaction and compliance information, request and complaint management information, visual and auditory data, and various customer data and customer transaction data.

NOWOX may obtain your personal data from all kinds of written, oral and electronic channels, third parties and legal authorities.
Your Rights Under the PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law)
Your personal data is stored with great care by NOWOX in accordance with information security standards and procedures, and by providing technical infrastructure. You can always exercise your rights under the KVKK regarding the processing and use of your personal data by applying to NOWOX. In this context; You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately for that purpose; know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally; request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data; request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of any correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data; object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of your processed personal data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your personal data will be processed only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice and will be kept for the legal retention periods stipulated in the Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy, which you can access on NOWOX’s website, and in the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data and related legislation.
